Estate Planning

Invest in the future by including Face to Face in your will or estate plans. To include Face to Face in your will, the following language will be helpful to your lawyer:

I give, devise, and bequeath to Face to Face Health & Counseling Service, Inc., the sum
of __________ (or otherwise describe the gift or specify a percentage of the estate).

There are Three Ways to Make a Bequest

Specific Bequest

You designate a specific dollar amount, specific percentage, or specific property to Face to Face.

Residual Bequest

Your estate will pay all debts, taxes, expenses, and specific bequests. The remaining amount – called the residue – will be transferred to Face to Face.

Contingent Bequest

You designate Face to Face to receive all or a portion of your estate only under certain circumstances. For example, you can name Face to Face after you have named other close family members or friends to receive assets first.
